Permitted use
- The free version of ChatGPT Speed Engine may be used for personal and commercial purposes at no cost.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the extension as your own product.
- You may not reverse-engineer the extension for the purpose of creating a competing product.
No warranty
- ChatGPT Speed Engine is provided as-is, without any warranty of any kind.
- We make no guarantee that the extension will work correctly with every version of ChatGPT, Claude, or every browser configuration.
- Use is at your own risk.
Early supporter Pro license
- Pro licenses are per-user and non-transferable unless explicitly stated at time of purchase.
- A Pro license supports continued development and grants access to Pro features as they are listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
- We reserve the right to add, remove, or change future Pro features over time. Purchased licenses remain valid for the active subscription period.
- Refund policy will be stated at point of purchase.
Limitation of liability
- We are not affiliated with OpenAI or ChatGPT.
- We are not responsible for any loss of chat data, browser instability, or other issues arising from use of the extension.
- Changes to ChatGPT, Claude, or browser platforms may affect extension behavior at any time and are outside our control.
